The WSSoBC feels the creation of a National Park Reserve in the South Okanagan is not in the best interest of the Wild Sheep in that area.

Hello,
I am looking for someone who would be interested in going in on group hunt for dall sheep or stone. Last year I was drawn with a group and they bailed so had to go it alone. It was a great trip saw lots of sheep, other game and incredible country. I enjoyed myself, but went very remote so I felt a little vulnerable. Also it would make my family feel better if I wasn't out there Solo. Lastly two can go as cheap as one pretty much.
I have been hunting for over twenty years and I am not afraid of long hard going and rough conditions. Last year I did manage to get a LEH goat on the trip but I was mainly concentrating on sheep.
I have been hunting sheep off and on for the last 12 years about ten years ago I got my first and only ram, a 3/4 curl Cali.
I live in the lower mainland.
Hey mtn wonderer, I am interested in a Dall hunt and also need a partner.I need your email to chat.I have experience goat guiding and backpacking here in the north.
Goatboy, you can contact other people by doing the following:
- First login to the website, if you're not already.
- You can now click on people's usernames. For mtn wonderer, his name is just below his post above ("submitted by mtn wonderer ...")
- On the page that appears, click on the 'contact' tab.
- A form will appear that you can use to send them an email.
Anyone can turn off this option if they don't want to be contactable (by editing their account) but it's turned on by default.
hunting partner
It can be tough to find a good hunting partner, particularly for sheep, look at the hunting forums, huntshoot.com and hunting bc.ca as a starting place, as well as on this site. Good luck and hope to see you in the mts this fall
