The WSSoBC feels the creation of a National Park Reserve in the South Okanagan is not in the best interest of the Wild Sheep in that area.

What are everyone's plans this year?
I'll be going after Stone's in Region 6 (if I do not get the Kamloops Lake draw :D).
Plan to go in after stones in 7B.
Will do some scouting missions with no plans to harvest (unless I am unusally lucky) for rockies and calis as well, but like I said no expectations to harvest on those outtings. (Never know though, maybe ill score on two sheep, but since I am a new sheep hunting I would be highly suspect if I even get one my first year! :D )
I might go after Stone's in August, but more likely I'll try for a Rocky at Spences Bridge, or a Cali if I can get a draw.
agaucher, to get two sheep in one year you'd have to have drawn the Special Sheep Permit last year. Otherwise, if you shot two sheep, you'd definitely be a suspect, er, I mean suspect!!
mmhmm I just re-read the regs on that one. I was originally under the impression that one could harvest one thin and one bighorn, but that isnt the case. Thanks tho!
Cheers
Why not gofor calis without a draw? Theres tons of em runnin around! :D :D
Sounds ike you need to do some reading of the Regs. gpooluck on your sheep endeavors. Their a tough nut to crack!!
My partner and I are flying in for a try at Calis, been backpack sheep hunting three times, found barely legal rams, but have not shot anything. Hope to change that as my interest in sheep hunting is starting to grow.
drew a tag
I drew a Dall's ewe tag in a beautiful area not far from my home.....can't wait!
